FLARBREAD CHICKEN PIZZA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR FLATBREAD PIZZA

FOR PIZZA SAUCE
  1. 800g tomatoes
  2. 10 ml olive oil
  3. 20g unsalted butter
  4. 15g chopped garlic
  5. 80g chopped onions
  6. 50 ml water
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 18g sugar
  9. 1 tsp dried oregano
  10. 1 tsp dried basil
  11. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  12. 50g ketchup

FOR FLATBREAD
  1. 10g sugar
  2. 100ml water
  3. 150g bread flour
  4. 10ml olive oil
  5. 1/2 tsp salt

FOR GARNISH
  1. 100g roasted Chicken (You can use Salami too)
  2. 100g tomato sauce (which we created before)
  3. 100g mozzarella cheese
  4. Black olive
NOTE: If you want to add something extra then add without hesitation.


HOW TO MAKE BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA

  1. First take 800g tomatoes and clean them.
  2. Then boil the tomatoes on high heat for 30 seconds.
  3. Once tomatoes are fed from their mortal skins cut them into 4 and remove the corn and all seeds. (the seeds and corn are the main sour part of tomato, removing them helps to reach the enlightenment of food)
  4. After removing the corn and seed blend the tomatoes and make a paste.

NOTE: When some water is evaporated then the tomatoes are fully cooked, and the sauces get thicker. Remember that sauce gets thicker when it gets cold so adjust the time well. When sauces are too large it gets pizza soggy and if it is too thick then it gets pizza dry so adjust the sauce.

FOR FLATBREAD

  1. Take 10g sugar and 100 ml water.
  2. Now take 150g bread flour and 10 ml olive oil, pour them into the yeast mixture add 1 tsp salt and knead them for 10 to 20 minutes.
  3. prepare a bowl coated with olive oil and let the dough rest for an hour.
  4. Use a little bit of bread flour the prevent sticking and pour the dough and make the crust by pressing technique.
  5. Shape it until it is 30cm in diameter and fold the outer crust to prevent the topping from sneaking out.
