It is really simple to prepare, and we can freeze it for up to five days in the fridge and then fry it anytime we want. We can enjoy a chicken roll with ketchup or homemade sauces (called chutneys in India, such as coriander chutney, Mint Chutney, etc.) I'll include a complete recipe for chicken rolls in this detailed tutorial, along with various sauce recipes for added flavors. - After rolling each sheet, let it to air dry.
- In contrast, heat up a pan with oil for deep frying. Note that the roll uses too much oil if the oil is not heated, so let it to get hot.
- Gently ladle the rolls into the heated oil and allow them to brown. (There must be some rolls that won't brown; you can ignore them because those rolls fried too but don't turn color.)
- After frying all the rolls serve them with ketchup or Coriander chutney.
