CHICKEN STICK RECIPE
Chicken stick is a very tasty and popular dish in India. We make it occasionally like in Ramazan, in Eid or else. The chicken stick is quite easy to make and gives a good reward. Let's see how to make a Chicken Stick.
INGREDIENTS
- 500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
- 1 1/2 tbsp ginger - garlic paste
- 1 tbsp green chili paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice (adjust as per the taste)
- 1 tap salt (adjust as per the taste)
- 1 big onion (cut into medium it will fry with chicken)
- 1 medium capsicum
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chaat masala (You can skip it if you want)
- Oil for frying
HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN STICK
- For marinating the chicken wash, it well then add 1 1/2 tbsp ginger - garlic paste, 1 tbsp green chili, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chaat masala, and 1 tsp lemon juice mix them well and rest for 3 to 4 hours.
- Before frying the chicken prepare the stick, cut the onions and capsicum into four pieces.
- Take the stick and make the layer of chicken and veggies. (First, add one piece of chicken then add one onion and one capsicum then repeat the same.)
- Before frying make the stick ready with chicken.
- After that take a little bowl and add 2 egg and mix it well.
- Take a pan and add oil to fry. Heat the oil and gently pour the sticks into the egg then gently pour the sticks one by one into the pan. (if you want to avoid the extra work then you can add the egg in the chicken directly and mix them well. But if you want to feel for cooking then use above-mentioned method)
- Let the chicken turn golden. Repeat the same process for all the sticks.
- Garnish the chicken stick with mint chutney and enjoy.
MINT CHUTNEY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cup mint
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 to 3 green chili
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp black salt
INSTRUCTION
- Take a grinder jar add all ingredients and add 1 1/2 cup water (as per the need)
- Then grind them until they all turn into a paste.
- Remove the mixture into the pot and garnish with lemon juice and some mint.
- Enjoy your mint chutney with a chicken stick
(NOTE: If you want to take your mint chutney to another level then simple add 1/2 raw mango in the chutney at the time of grinding.)
