Ingredients for Kadai Paneer

  1. 250g Paneer
  2. 4 Ripe tomatoes
  3. 3 Green capsicum
  4. 5 to 6 Garlic cloves
  5. 1 inch (grated) Ginger piece
  6. 1 tsp Kadai paneer masala
  7. 2 tsp Garam masala
  8. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  10. 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
  11. 1 tsp red chili powder
  12. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  13. 2 tbsp Oil
  14. 2 green chilies finely chopped
  15. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  16. 1 tbsp salt

INSTRUCTION

Kadai Paneer Recipe

  1. So, to make Kadai Paneer, first cut the paneer into a square shape.
  2. Now cut capsicum into small pieces. Now pour a cup of water into a vessel, add tomatoes, and boil for 4-5 minutes.
  3. After boiling the tomatoes, peel them and cut them.
  4. Now add oil in a pan or any vessel and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds for tempering and fry.
  5. Now add ginger and garlic to it reduce the flame and fry for a minute.
  6. Now add boiled tomatoes and fry them on high flame for 2 minutes. Cook the tomatoes thoroughly so that they melt.
  7. When the tomatoes are cooked, add coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt and fry for 1 minute.
  8. After frying, cover it and cook for 1 minute. By doing this the spices will cook properly, and a nice aroma will start coming. Cook this masala on low flame.
  9. Now remove the lid of the vessel and increase the flame. Now add capsicum to it and cook it for 2 minutes and then add pieces of cheese to this gravy. Now cook it while stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  10.  After this, add Kadai Paneer Masala, Garam Masala, and Kasuri Methi to this gravy and mix well.
  11. Now after cooking it while stirring for 2 minutes, turn off the flame add coriander leaves, and cover it for some time.

Your Kadai Paneer is ready. You can eat this Kadai Paneer with Naan, Tandoori Roti, or Tawa Roti and feed it to your family.
